Tony Campisi was born to American parents on 22 January 1943 in Houston, Texas. As per nationality, Tony was American and belonged to white ethnicity. He grew up along with his parents and siblings, however, he had not disclosed the information about his parents and siblings.

Taking about his educational background, after completing high school, Campisi joined Sam Houston State University where he majored in music. In the early 1960s, Tony even took flute lessons with Julius Baker.

Tony started his professional career working with Don Cannon in 1962. He also was known for his work with Paul Schmitt and the Gulf Coast Jazz Giants. Tony Campisi’s debut album First Takes was released in 1990. In 1991 he released his second album, Once in a Blue Moon.

Apart from singing and musical career, Tony also appears in the TV series Law & Order: Criminal Intent, staring Carin Van der Donk’s husband Vincent D’Onofrio.
