Pushkar Jog was born on 15 July 1985 in Pune Maharashtra. He was always inclined towards acting. In fact, he did his acting debut at a tender age of 4 with the Marathi cinema as a child artist. Even he used to participate in various curricular activities in his school and college including dance competitions and plays.

All his participation in such activities made him think of acting as a career, and he continued working as a child artist and later as a supporting artist in the Hindi and Marathi film industry, along with his studies. Even after getting a doctors degree in Dentistry, he could not resist his dream of becoming an actor, and as he entered into the film industry as a mainstream actor, he has proved himself as a multitalented actor.

Pushkar Jog is a handsome hunk who is approximately 5’9″ feet tall. He, being in the entertainment industry, has maintained himself with hardcore gymming and exercises. Pushkar Jog was Born on 15 July 1985 in Pune, Maharashtra into a Hindu family. His father Suhas Jog was a teacher and his mother a homemaker. His parents had always supported him in his interest in acting and dancing, but they were also in favour of completing his education first. His brother Amol Pushkar has got an MBA degree from University Of Sheffield, UK and manages their family business, i.e. an educational trust named as P. Jog Group of Institutions in Pune.

Pushkar Jog married his long-time beau Jasmine Jog, on 28 November 2014 and both have a baby-girl named Ferisha Pushkar Jog who was born in January 2018.

Career

Pushkar Jog started his acting career at the age of 4 with the Marathi cinema. He worked in various Hindi films as well as a child artist and later in supporting roles when he was a teenager. Completing education was his priority. He did his schooling at Vidya Bhawan Public School, Pune and completed a degree in Dentistry from Mumbai University.

Pushkar Jog, even after becoming a doctor could not resist acting and decided to opt acting as a career. He did his debut with the Marathi movie ‘Jabardast‘. He also appeared in a few Hindi films ‘Goodbuddy Gadbadi‘, ‘Dont Worry Be Happy‘, ‘Huff! It’s Too Much‘, etc. But all the movies could not lift his career in Hindi film industry. But he got many hits in Marathi cinema, and he became a well-established actor in Marathi film industry.

Pushkar Jog also worked in a few TV shows including ‘Nach Baliye‘ (Marathi), ‘Tu Tu Main Main‘, ‘ABP Majha Around The World‘, ‘Jallosh Suvarna Yugacha‘, ‘Had Kardi Aapne‘, Among those TV shows, he also produced and hosted the TV reality show ‘ABP Majha Around The World‘.

Pushkar Jog is also in educational business. He is the director of the P. Jog Educational Trust, Pune, which is managed by his brother Amol Jog.

In 2018, Pushkar Jog participated in the first season of the TV reality show Bigg Boss Marathi as a contestant.
