Priyanka Chopra heads to The View to promote YouTube original special

After the release of her Hollywood film Isn’t It Romantic (2019), actress Priyanka Chopra is back on the news to promote her upcoming YouTube original special, If I Could Tell You Just One Thing. Chopra interviews three different women — Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, actress-comedian Awkwafina and designer Diane von Furstenberg, from different walks of life for the online show.

The Indian actress headed to the American talk show, The View, where she chatted with hosts Joy Behar, Paula Faris, Meghan McCain and Sara Haines about what she learnt from the amazing yet diverse women and why she took on the show.

“I’m at a really interesting point at my life,” said Chopra. “I’ve never been someone who asks questions, usually I’m the one who’s being asked the questions. It was cool to be able to sit with all of these amazing achievers and just pick their brains and have conversations and that’s what made the show and the special so interesting for me.”

“I learnt that evolution is the name of the game. If we don’t evolve as people, and we’re not open to change, and we get stuck saying, this is who I am, then the world is going to leave you behind,” she added. “I see that with most of the strongest women that I met. They are willing to be malleable and change according to circumstances.”

Besides her YouTube special, Chopra spoke about her marriage to singer-actor Nick Jonas and filming the Billboard #1 song ‘Sucker’ with the Jonas Brothers. She also opened up about dealing with failure with the ladies of The View.
