MCU Phase 4 Predictions: Black Widow, Black Panther 2 and More

Welcome back for a brand new episode of our flagship show, Collider Movie Talk! Today Perri Nemiroff is joined by Josh Macuga and Sinéad de Vries to talk about some of the hottest movie news stories of the day.

Story number one puts the spotlight back on the Marvel Cinematic Universe thanks to a recent Disney investors call. On that call CEO Bob Iger said that they’re going to announce the next batch of Marvel Studios movies this summer. Specifically, he said he’s “guessing they will announce later this summer.” Iger also mentioned that if you caught Avengers: Endgame, then “there were a lot of clues in that film as to movies that may be coming.” Perri, Josh and Sinéad offer their thoughts on when this announcement might take place (SDCC or D23). They also try to predict exactly what the Phase 4 release schedule might be, attempting to figure out where films like the new Black Widow movie, Black Panther 2, The Eternals and Shang-Chi might land.
