Jui Gadkari was born on 8 July 1988 in Karjat, District Raigad, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her school education at St. Augustines High School, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and Ryan International School, Maharashtra. She is a Mass Media (Advertising) graduated from Chandibai Himatlal Manshukhani, Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra. She completed MA in Advertising & Public Relations and
MBA (Marketing) from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
She is also known by the nicknames like ‘Kalyan’ and ‘Marathi Mulgi’.

Jui Gadkari started her career as an assistant director at the production house ‘White Paper Communications’ where she realized that she had some interest in the field of acting.
