In the year 1988, on the 2nd of March, James Arthur was born to a Scottish father named Neil Arthur by his English wife Shirley Arthur in Middleborough, England. The love that was once was between his parents departed them by the time James turned 2, they not only divorced but quickly settled with their respective new partners as if they were both suffocating each other as husband and wife.
Their infant son however still had his life ahead of him to live.
