Himanshi Khurana was born on 27 November 1991 (age 27 years; as in 2018) in Kiratpur Sahib, Punjab. Her zodiac sign is Sagittarius.
Khurana was a student of medical science in Ludhiana’s BCM Sr. Secondary School. Her father wanted her to become a nurse but Himanshi was more inclined towards artistic activities. When she was in her 11th standard, one of their family friends captured her photographs and noticed that Himanshi is very photogenic. He asked her to try modelling. On his advice, she took part in Miss Ludhiana Contest and came out as the winner of the show. In 2010, she remained one of the finalists in Miss PTC Punjabi. In the same year, she won the won Miss North Zone contest. She, then, relocated to Delhi and started doing shoots for various brands. While she was in Delhi, Khurana was offered to feature in the music video of Kuldeep Manak’s “Jodi.”

Career
Himanshi Khurana made her debut in 2010, by featuring in the music video of “Jodi – Big Day Party.” Next, she featured in the music videos of the songs, “Supna,” “Fasli Batteray,” “Izhaar,” and “Naina De Buhe.” In 2013, Himanshi appeared in the music video of the song “Soch” by Hardy Sandu and received wide recognition for her performance. In the same year, she made her acting debut in the Punjabi Film Industry with the film “Sadda Haq.” She gained immense popularity for playing the role of ‘Sukhpreet’ in the movie. In 2015, she appeared in the lead role in the film “Leather Life.” During her career, Khurana has featured in several popular music videos including, “Taara” by Ammy Virk, “Insomnia” by Sippy Gill, “Mann Bharya” by B Praak, and “Palazzo” by Kulwinder Bill & Shivjot.
She has also tried her hands in singing with the song “High Standard.” In 2019, she released her song “I Like It.”
Controversies
In 2019, Himanshi Khurana went into a war of words with the Punjabi model Shehnaaz Kaur Gill. It all started with an interview, in which Gill was asked to name one song that she disliked to which she replied “I Like It” by Himanshi Khurana. Shehnaaz even posted a video on her Instagram handle calling Himanshi flop. Gill’s remarks didn’t go well with the actress and she got so infuriated that she went live through her Instagram handle and accused her of having a relationship with several guys including Khurana’s brother. The war of words did not end here but reached the phase where the two of them released songs targetting each other.
