With the big wedding just a week away, the industry has gone into full wedding mode. Actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have already stepped up their wedding preparations. The families of the bride and groom held special puja and haldi ceremonies over the weekend as part of this preparation. The couple are getting married on 14-15 November.
While Padukone was spotted in Bengaluru joining her family for a Nandi puja on Saturday, it was Singh’s turn on Sunday as his family conducted a haldi ceremony.
While Padukone’s celebration was one of quiet joy and had her friends and colleagues drop in, undoubtedly Singh’s celebrations, on 4 November, were a little more boisterous.
While Singh too decked up in a sober white kurta pyjama for his haldi ceremony, the atmosphere certainly cranked up the actor’s energy. The groom could be seen laughing and latching on to selfies as he celebrated with his friends and family.
Singh immediately left late on Saturday night to Goa to complete his schedule for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba.
If the actor’s cheerful appearance is anything to go by, he certainly looks ready and excited for the big day.
