He did his schooling from Jalandhar’s Guru Amar Das Public School and Rabindra Day Boarding Senior Secondary School and went to Apeejay College of Fine Arts to pursue his graduation. Yuvraj was an average student in his school days. He was very good at sports and was a part of his school’s cricket team. Yuvraj was good at singing since childhood and started giving auditions for singing right from the age of 6. After completing his graduation, he went to England for further studies.

Career
Yuvraj started his acting career in 2011 with the Punjabi Film “Yaar Anmulle.” The film was a success and earned him an award at the 5th Punjabi Film Festival. Subsequently, he featured in the Punjabi films “Burrraahh” and “Viyah 70 KM” which did not perform well at the box office. Thereafter, he appeared in many successful Punjabi films including “Young Malang,” “Mr & Mrs 420,” “Munde Kamaal De,” and “Lahoriye.”
Yuvraj made his singing debut with the song “Sufi Sufi.” Next, he released his song “Paani” which was a huge hit. Amongst his other songs, “Tere Naina,” “Tere Layi,” “Thumka,” “Paani,” and the of his father’s song “Nachan Ton Pehlan” have topped the charts. Yuvraj has been the player of Punjab De Sher cricket team in the Celebrity Cricket League.
